Welcome to AMUR
Conservation Charity for the Amur Leopard and Tiger

AMUR aims to raise awareness and funds for Amur leopard and tiger conservation from those interested in Russia in both the UK and Russia.

The Amur leopard is the rarest big cat numbering only 35-40 in the wild. The Amur tiger now numbers 400 individuals having been reduced to as little as 40 in the 1940s. We know conservation activities work, so please support us in continuing our effort to save these stunning cats and the landscape they live in.

Information on Amur tigers and leopards, conservation efforts and the projects we support can be found on this site.
